Really good Culinary Experience

Relaxing Spa Retreat

I took advantage of the spa services during my visit from April 20-27, 2024. The massages were really good, and I found the atmosphere to be very calming. The staff at the spa was knowledgeable about their services and helped me choose the right packages for total relaxation. The experience was a perfect retreat after a long day at the beach!

Comfortable and Spacious Accommodation

Great Activities for Kids

Traveling with children during my stay from June 4-11, 2024, was made easier thanks to the excellent amenities provided. I recently celebrated my 40th birthday at this hotel, and overall, we had a fantastic time! The rooms were spacious with a lovely view of the pool. The staff went above and beyond, making my birthday special. However, it was extremely hot in July, so be prepared with sun protection. The entertainment team was amazing, but we faced some issues with service at the main restaurant due to one particular staff member's attitude.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. While the beach and snorkeling were amazing, the service and dining left much to be desired. The room issues and loud music made for an uncomfortable stay. On a positive note, some staff members were friendly, but unfortunately, that didn't make up for the overall experience.
